·         He has served for 34 years in Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department,

·         He also served and Director General for 2 years on current charge basis

·         Mr. Boota contributed in drafting Seed (Amendment) Act and Plant Breeder’s Rights Act

·         He also carried out research in hybrid seed production techniques specially

for chemical hybridizing agents
