Syed Kamal Hussain Shah has joined ARM as District Representative of Neelum District of AJK. He is an experienced education professional with more than 20 years of his services in the government education department. He holds an academic background in Sociology and has strong engagement in community development, youth leadership, and agricultural activities in District Neelum, Azad Kashmir. Along with his teaching career, he is involved in the walnut business and actively promotes the agricultural and tourism potential of the Neelum Valley. He is also a member of the Pakistan Scouts Association and contributes to social service and youth development activities.
