Muhammad Jamshed belongs to Tehsil Hasan Abdal of District Attock in the Rawalpindi Division. He is serving in the Revenue Department of Punjab, i.e., the Board of Revenue, as a Patwari, and performs his duties with exceptional dedication and honesty. In fact, fulfilling one’s responsibilities as a Patwari with such integrity is nothing short of a miracle. It is the good fortune of the ARM Organization to have guidance from such an extraordinary personality from Tehsil Hasan Abdal.

His connection with the agricultural sector is that he is himself a farmer. Although he is a small-scale farmer, he possesses a broad and progressive vision. He cultivates his land using organic methods and not only that, but also encourages and trains other farmers in the area in organic farming practices.

In addition, he is a Homeopathic doctor. He completed a four-year course in Homeopathy from Cantt College Hasan Abdal with distinction. Alongside this, in order to preserve traditional regional medicine and to provide comprehensive healthcare facilities to patients, he also obtained a four-year diploma in Tib (Eastern medicine) from Tibiya College Islamabad, Rawalpindi.

To gain a deeper understanding of medical sciences and to protect society from the over-dependence on Western (allopathic) medicine, he completed courses in Electro-Homeopathy from Rawalpindi and Chromopathy from Peshawar. He is also an expert in producing organic food supplements and serves as a mentor to aspiring organic farmers not only in his local area but across Pakistan.

His continuous struggle to provide high-quality, chemical- and toxin-free food is not limited to humans alone; he is also an expert in feed and food supplements for poultry, fisheries, and dairy farming.

In short, he is a person who spreads knowledge about the health of both humans and animals—so much so that it would not be an exaggeration to call him a university of knowledge himself.
