Farzana Bagum is from Seed certification sector has joined ARM with the her main object of her life is to live a successful and progressive life by making Achievements through her skills and efforts for the purpose to serve the Organization, and to help people for their progress in every field of life.She is Department of Horticulture from the University Agricultural Peshawar.

She joined as Seed certification officer Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department ( Feb 2019-till now) with the responsible for preliminary analysis and re-analysis of crop seeds submitted for purity viability and health test according to laid down standards, Crop Inspection, Dus Data, To submit periodical reports as per laid down procedures. Responsible for execution of Seed Legislation as and when empowered. She also attended many training and capacity enhancement program as follows:
