For the development of agriculture in Pakistan, it is extremely important to adopt modern scientific approach. Agricultural research, provision of quality seeds, improved irrigation systems, and easy access to loans for farmers and farmers friendly marketing system can help increase agricultural production. Moreover, the use of agricultural machinery can save time and labor.

The Green Revolution played an important role in increasing agricultural production in many countries around the world. Similarly, if modern agricultural practices are adopted in Pakistan, food shortages can be overcome. The government should pay special attention to the agricultural sector and provide modern training to farmers.
