Inyanat Ullah Sahib has joined ARM as Technical Advisor (Honorary basis to extend his services to farming community of Pakistan) from Khyber PakhtoonKhawa province as expert of Horticulture. He is among a few Horticulturists who is foreign qualified. He is M.S. in Organic Plant Production from Wageningen University, Netherlands and also M.Sc. (Hons) in Horticulture from Agriculture University Peshawar. Currently he is Regional Director for KPK in Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department (FSC&RD) He is serving as Seed certification and regulation expert, As an agricultural professional with extensive expertise in seed certification, he is committed to make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of Pakistan’s seed sector by joining a visionary and progressive team. His objective is to promote a competitive and sustainable seed industry through the development and adoption of climate-resilient varieties, supported by strong public-private partnerships. He is dedicated to strengthening hybrid and indigenous seed production to enhance agricultural productivity, ensure national food security, and increase the economic value of the seed sector in both local and international markets. He is determining to:

• Oversee departmental operations and supervise field staff to ensure effective implementation of seed certification processes.
• Coordinate with provincial agriculture departments to enhance seed production strategies and improve overall crop productivity.
• Register and monitor fruit plant nurseries under certification standards to ensure high-quality and true-to-type planting material.

• Organize and deliver training programs on seed production, processing, and storage for capacity building of departmental staff.
