He got degree of LLB from University of Karachi in 1989-90 and of graduation from University of Punjab in 1985. He also got certification in Islamic Laws from Shariah Academy, Islamabad in 1996.

He is honorable member of Punjab Bar Council and life time member of High Court Bar Association, Rawalpindi Bench. He is also member of Islamabad Bar Council and District Bar Association, Islamabad.

The professional career of Advocate Abdul Latif is in fact a real demonstration of a continued record of professional competency, ethical advocacy and contribution to the administration of justice with a focus on constitutional, civil and criminal jurisprudence.

He is competent lawyer of Service, Civil and Criminal Laws, Constitutional Petitions,
