Dr. Adalat Khan is Ph.D in Agriculture Economics with major Agriculture, Value Chain Promotion / Marketing of Agricultural Products from The University of Agriculture, Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He got international 10 days (14-25/09/2007) Training and Exposure visit to Inter Cooperation Bangladesh about methodology and tools of CAPEX (Capitalization of Experience) of Market Extension and other Project activities.

And  also Participated in one week International Conference on “ Mountainous People Adopting to Change, Solutions beyond Boundaries , Bridging Science, Policy and Practice  organized by ICIMOD at Kathmandu Nepal (2014). He also got into much local level training program of agriculture extension program.

He has field expertise in Agriculture (Horticulture & Vegetable) Marketing & Enterprise Development, Marketing, Agribusiness Development, Social/Rural Development, Project Planning, Management & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Farmer Centered Training Approaches/Techniques through Farmer Field School (FFS) and Participatory Technology Development (PTD. Best Agriculture Practices in Fruits and Vegetable Crops Management, Marketing & Enterprise Development, Business Development Services, Value Chain Analysis, Local Economic Development (LED), Farm Services Center.
